As an HVAC Service Technician with Champion Mechanical, you will help customers stay comfortable through every season in North Texas. Responsibilities may include:
- Â Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating system issues
- Â Perform HVAC inspections, service calls, and maintenance work
- Â Troubleshoot system performance, airflow, electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical problems
- Â Communicate repair options clearly and professionally to customers
- Â Complete work accurately, safely, and efficiently
- Â Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
- Â Follow company procedures for service, documentation, and customer care
- Â Represent Champion Mechanical with professionalism on every job
Qualified applicants should have hands-on HVAC service experience and the ability to work independently in the field.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Â Experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
-  Valid driver’s license
- Â Clean and professional appearance
- Â Strong communication and customer service skills
- Â Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Â Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work safely on job sites
- Â Dependable work ethic and team-first attitude
- Â EPA certification preferred
- Â NATE certification a plus
